Been coming here for years for grooming and Day Camp. I love the glass room for small dogs because I can see how my dog is doing. There’s always an attendant in there at all times. Poop and pee are removed relatively fast. Jen at Grooming is great. My dog always comes home looking like a show dog.

I bring my longhaired chihuahua to be groomed. Donna in the grooming department always does an amazing job. Her fur always looks smooth and even. I can't say enough good things about Donna and I highly recommend Donna for you grooming needs.

For the most part this store is really good. The only thing I have to contribute is that some of the customers you all have need a slice of humble pie... I over heard an interaction a customer was having with one of the staff and was absolutely appalled by the way this customer DEMANDED a product that you did not have in stock/ or sold anymore. Props to the staff member who did not get upset or become irate back at her. This speaks volumes about the training and staff! As for the customer... take the rat of a dog you have and shove off. It's people like you that give pet owners a bad name.

I love this place, both the grooming department and doggy day camp are fantastic. My dog always has a blast here and I feel better knowing he's in good hands.

Love taking my son to look at the cats up for adoption. I wish the prices in store would match their online ones (they will price match but why the hassle!)
