We love the pet hotel and the employees do a fantastic job. Great selection on pet food and can't beat the prices. Never had a bad experience, keep you the great work

I'm torn. They have so many things for your pet, alot of it wildly over priced. There is doggy day care, a pet hospital and salon. There is always poop around the outside of the front door. Which means employees walking dogs are not picking up after them (I have witnessed this) Great variety of items, not so great a variety of sizes. Price check scanners have been broken for weeks, I go weekly for my dogs food. I always find something to get. Recently I was looking for wee-wee pads and had a question on why there was $11 difference between 2 packages from the same company. Yes they were different sizes, the size difference was only 5 inches so why was the larger one so much more because it's not usually that dramatic, I was just looking for a reason why maybe there was something that I didn't see, but they are just wee-wee pads. They cashier said I think they will change the price (not what I was looking for but thank you) when the manager came over he was less than friendly pointed out the 5 inch difference (which I already told him and just wanted to know if there was any other difference) and said I don't make the prices, they are different items they are different prices. I put all my items back on the shelves and left. I usually go once a week like I said, I will not be going back for a while and plan to drive the 25 mins to another pet store.

I would've left a 0 star rating if I could. Extremely disappointed with the grooming staff. The first time I brought my pet there the groomers had an attitude. I already felt uncomfortable leaving my dog there but figured we'd give it a shot. We booked a second appointment with them, strictly out of convenience, and instantly regretted it as soon as we arrived. We had booked our appointment over a week in advanced and when we got there we were told that someone had called out and they would not be able to groom our dog. When asked why I wasn't contacted in advanced they kept insisting that they did call (they didn't) and proceeded to give me an attitude. Needless to say we just walked out and wont be returning. Extremely unprofessional and apparently unorganized. Would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cared about their pets.

The place is clean and friendly has a decent amount of stuff the animals look happy and healthy and clean I need didn't quite have everything I was looking for but it's not really their fault I'm sure they do have it online but as for the in-store options I wasn't thoroughly impressed

Really helpful staff and a great selection of pet supplies. The grooming department does great work and attention to detail. The Pet Hotel is very attentive and has scheduled activities for the pets. The on-site Banfield Hospital also takes great care of your little ones if they get sick or just need a regular checkup and usual shots. Great easy to find location with tons of parking.
