Horrible experience, stay away! New manager has ruined the boarder I’ve used for the past 4 years. My pets’ health and safety was absolutely not a priority. Manager was terribly unfriendly and often incoherent. She also seemed to come up with new rules on the spot that either never existed before or were never communicated, she could offer no documentation whatsoever for any of these rules. This endangered the health of my pet for which she was completely unsympathetic and uncompromising. Given the string of recent bad reviews and my personal experience, it seems like this business has taken a serious turn for the worse and absolutely not a place I would ever trust with a pet.

I toured this facility today after winning a free weekend stay from the New England Pet Expo. As a certified animal care specialist I am appalled at this facility and questioning how it is still open. I walked in and got hit by a horibble smell of urine, they then wanted to take my dog "in the back" for an interview with the other dogs. As an advocate for my animal, as we all should be, I refused and asked to be in view, they complied and gave me a window in which I could see through. I saw dogs urinating on the floor which was ignored. I noticed wood fixtures underneath the white picket fence, which was also urinated on, wood harbors bacteria and diseases without the ability to be properly cleaned and should never be used in a facility such as this one. I then asked to tour where she will be staying, I got push back, saying that it isn't in their normal interviews, but they complied. The kennels are not only stacked on top of each other, but are all universal sizes, perfect for small sized dogs, insufficient for my 50lbs. dog, and only the bottom run has outside access. I was shown the outside play area with a dirty kiddie pool, when I was told they only spend 4 hours out of their tiny kennels. As to think it wasn't bad enough, I then asked the nice lady how many dogs per employee during play time...mind you regulations state no more than 6 dogs per person for safety reasons... I was told 15-20!!!! On a normal day!!! NO THANK YOU. I'm not the neighborhood business ruiner, I am a huge supporter of small businesses. However, this needs to be said for current and future customers as well as an educational tool for not only the employees but the owner of the travesty as well.

My dog went in perfectly healthy and was returned very sick. Now he is on medicine that I had to pay for out of pocket. The manager does nothing to assist you. I would never trust them with my animal ever again.

Do not bring your dog here this is the only place I have ever brought my dog and they returned him sick. Plus we were told several other dogs were sick. They called back and denied this. Try Chewies in Nashua they are way better than these clowns.

My dog came back and had staples from an incident “from my other dog” but my dogs have been living together for years and are very non agressive. Not only that, but they had taken money from my account without my permission to pay off dues and threatening to claim “abandonment” on my two dogs who had to be placed there since we had a house fire, and insurance was being slow on giving us the money and I understand they have a bussiness to run but it’s just a heartless, and dirty facility.
