Above and Beyond Pet Services is wonderful to work with. Ted is extremely responsive and helpful. We worked with Jordan a few times and never had any concerns, issues, or complaints. We felt our senior dog was in great hands. Thank you, Above and Beyond for always being there in case we needed you!

Ted and his reliable team of pet sitters have truly gone above and beyond in helping me out. They've watched my cat several times, and I always have complete peace of mind that my cat is well taken care of. Not only that, but Ted himself has helped me when I locked myself out of my house 2 times in one week - once when it was snowing and I was without a coat. Because he has my key on file, he was able to jump in the car and get to my house within minutes and let me in. He even took the time to check my photo ID to make sure I was who I said I was. I really don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him!

Recently, Rachel, Nicole and Adam took care of my kitties during a work trip. I love getting the daily updates on everything that is taken care of while I am away. It's one less thing to worry about! The entire team is excellent and they are all very thorough! Contact this team today, I promise you will not be disappointed! Update 10/29 Billy took care of my kitties for a recent work trip and did an excellent job! The entire team is awesome!

Above & Beyond did a really amazing job this weekend taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze. It was the first time I had to leave her overnight by herself and I was somewhat apprehensive. The team that took care of her left lovely notes and sent photos of her. I have been using walkers for almost a year for a midday walk while I’m at work and I had great confidence that AAB would do a good job. They exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Courtney, Nicole, Mia and Alyce and thanks for taking care of Breeze!

Above & Beyond Pet Services is amazing! From the initial communication to last minute needs, they are responsive and helpful. The level of professionalism is outstanding; I prefer to deal with everything via email/text; which they are able to accommodate. Our regular cat sitter is Khristy and she too, is amazing. She sends pics of the cats and lets us know what they've been up to. She is neat, clean and follows instructions and we don't worry for a second that she isn't fulfilling our requests. Recently, we locked ourselves out of our house; and I remembered that Above & Beyond has a spare key. I made a quick call to Ted and he sprang into action; willing to drop what he was doing to go to the office, get the key and meet me. That is what I call service!! It would be a mistake NOT to reach out to Above & Beyond; because they literally will go... above and beyond.
