MonumenTails Dog Walking and Pet Services

Really-really solid service with such great staff! We use them for 6 months now, never had any issues. The App works very well, the service is very flexible, same day changes are accepted. Our walker comes +/- 1 hour for when booked, we get updates & pictures for every walk. Our dog loves her walker (it’s the same walker 80% of the cases) and the doggie group she walks every day. Once we had a dog boarding emergency (with an other arrangement) and they immediately tried to help us out.

I used Monumentails for 3 years while living in Charlestown and they are the absolutely best! They go above an beyond to accommodate your schedule from last minute request for walks to special services. My dog has a fear of walking up patio steps and his walkers would scoop him up and carry him up each step all while giving kisses along the way. Having recently moved finding a service comparable has been a huge challenge. They are truly the best.

We have had a wonderful experience with Monumentails over the last year and a half. It is easy communication with the team and was flexible to schedule/cancel appointments based on our schedules. Our dog was comforted and taken care of well when we were not able to be home with her. We will miss having them as we are relocating!

Excellent staff. I've used this company for over two years and would recommend to anyone in need of a dog walker who is flexible and reliable. If it weren't for my move my dog would've been a lifer at MonumenTails.
