Plastic glasses in an upscale place? So lame. Four people in the whole place and the server was bitchy. Cross this one off your list and head somewhere that understands how to deliver an experience. Or at least one that serves cocktails in a real glass.

Front desk host on Monday night was very rude . My friend just asked which way do we go after paying and she snapped and said "I already said it twice ! The hostess is going to take you guys" and he told her "okay I'm just asking, relax" and she said "I am relaxed" and he just said "you know what, give me my ID and money back" and the front guy (promoter or manager) only said "sorry " as we left. He should have asked what the problem was and how he could fix it or address that ladies attitude. You don't even know what kind of customers you just lost.

The worst experience. We have been on this spot many times. But hostess what the hired recently was so rude and unprofessional, she was thinking that we did not have a table and said the tables are booked (all the evening was free 10 tables around), I think they have to hire not a DUMB people, but smart and professional staff, service in danger and our crowd in skipping this place! Hope administration will change the service. Drugs there sold with help of bouncers at the club. When we was leaving they was thinking that we might want to buy "something" and asked if we want to tip the bouncer, but we let them understand in a good manner that we actually not this kind of people. haha.

I've been going to PHD rooftop parties for over 7 years. Pros: Doorman happens to be a genuine guy. Is not out to rip you off. Some bartenders are very friendly. Cons: Service, staff, security, crowd, management. We leave bagatelle and go to PHD for their party 5 guys 5 girls. We have no problem paying a min that we agreed to of 2800. The bottle girl brings 1 redbull, barely any mixers, and then the bus boy takes over. The bottle girl actually spent 20 seconds at our table. The bus boy complains the entire time, security is hassling and singling out our group. "Hey don't stand here" All these don't do this and threats. Just not a fun environment. Bus boy keeps harassing me about the condition of the floor, when the other table is clearly dropping their glasses and not us. Now i'm no longer having fun. I'm frustrated and I want to leave. If you went to michelin star restaurant and got mcdonalds and slow service would you be upset? I kindly ask the manager if we could include the tax and tip into our minimum as we did not come close to agreed upon price. We spent maybe 1500. We got charged 3400. They walked away 120% of our bill in free cash. Why would PHD legit steal that cash? Does a money making machine like PHD really need that cash? Are they starved so much that will stoop to ripping their customers off? I was very intoxicated when I singed everything as I couldn't even sign my name in a straight line. They took advantage of us. Walked away with free cash. Gave us a hard time about it. Just utterly disgusting. Will never go back. I advise you to do the same. There are numerous other parties that are more fun, have hotter girls, better service, and nice security guys. This party sits in stark contrast to what it used to be. It has become a haven for bridge and tunnel crowds. Stay away!
