Regularly eat here with colleagues. Even Columbia faculty make the trek!! Very warm atmosphere in which adults can actual converse and hear each other. Never disappointed with selections. Friendly, not intrusive, service. Kudos to management and staff.

Terrible disappointing dinner on January 6. Chicken was overdone to the point of being inedible, all mains were served over the same root vegetable bed--gross and syrupy, service was minimal--we saw our server once for the order, and had to beg to occasional water. We were told that the restaurant was down a server on the night, but no response when we reported the chicken disaster. Only response was to offer another version--we lost complete faith in the joint. Had hoped this would be our go-to in the future, but it's not ready for prime time and very expensive. Steer clear of the potato leek soup--more like snot than soup. Sorry, North Square. Good breakfasts for sure--stay away from dinner.

Had dinner here about a month ago.. Chosen based primarily by location, if I ever find myself back in the neighborhood, I will definitely be stopping in for a bite. Beyond anything, finding the Catena Zapata High Mountain Malbec on their wine list in a 375ml was a wonderful accompaniment to our meal!

Everything was fantastic. Recommend the sausage appetizer and the rack of lamb.
