it's always been a great clinic with wonderful staff. sometimes it's not easy with insurances but they've always tried and to do the best for clients

I can barely give this clinic one star. When I went in last week for what I found out (on my own) is exizma on my hands I was 2 min late and when I got In the room some assistant resident asked me questions before the doctor came in. I overheard him talking about me outside the door to the nurse saying "so she has this on her hands for years why is she coming in now, aaaand she's 20 min late ok." And laughed. He said it so rude in a way that made it seem like he was making fun of me. I felt so embarrassed I was shocked. I didnt say anything then. Then when the actual Dr came in she said aftwr lookong at my hands I should just take some pills to make it go away. And these pills are not ones u just take like that. I then said ummm ok but what about what I found online? And she said "oh yea it could be that too, can I look more on your phone about it?" Like she had no f ing idea about what i was showing her and what exizma was at all. They diagnosed it as exzima (which i had to tell her) and gave me some steroid cream that doesnt work and said to use fragerance free everything. What the f***. I'm going to call the U Of M and tell someone about this no one should be treated like this and the doctors are so uneducated it's scary. NO-ONE GO HERE. I will be putting my story all over social media as well if they are wondering or reading this.

I am a bit knowable on this clinic i have been taking my kids here for the past 16 years and I am going to comtinue to, friendly staff, clean,takes all kinds of insurance plans, they offer same day apts in an event that it's needed but not to the extent you need to visit the emergency room. Apt is easy to make, an weekends there are on call dr.s that will call you back in an event like needed a refill or advice, i totally recommend this Clinic and happy to recomend to go check it out;)

My experience at this clinic has been exceptional, including the receptionists, the medical assistants/nurses, the lab personnel and especially my doctor. I’ll rate them AAAA!

Never had a problem with staff n doctor's, I hav been to many clinics in different states n this is t best one I've been too. Kudos
