This is THE WORST HOSPITAL in the world!!! Horrible and unprofessional. Predudice!!! The the security guards are BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABUSIVE. This hospital disgusts me. NEVER go to this hospital!!!!

Waited all night in ER, as hospital had no open bed. Patient was paid little attention, as this place is not setup to admit patience. Quality of physicians varied wildly.

I am now here waiting in a lobby for an hour and half and nobody called me. The doctor called almost 7 people who were arrived later than me. If it's an ER and we r paying a lot then why did they show up late to call the patient.

In January I was hit by a car walking to my bus and got taken to this emergency room. They took an xray, said nothing was broken, gave me a 5mg vicodin, and sent me on my way. I couldn't walk so I asked my husband to grab a wheelchair to get me to the car and the doctor had the nerve to ask me why I needed the wheelchair. I went to Summit Ortho Emergency Care clinic right away the next morning. MRI showed that the ligaments in my knee were shredded from the impact of the car and I needed surgery. I was in serious pain and could not walk when I went to this emergency room...they did nothing for me except charge me $500...

Worst clinic in minnesota hands down been here for 7 hours and still waiting for some stupid blood work. Will never ever come back here again!
