I’ve been using Phillips to rent a house on Block Island for 4 years now and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire staff is quick to respond to my questions and the process to rent a house has continued to improve. From having to physically sign, scan and e-mail contracts to now e-signing. Progress!!! Highly recommend Hanna and the rest of Phillips to anyone looking to rent a house in BI for the summer. Just not the house I rent. :

We've worked with Phillips to rent over the past two years. Communication has been good but it is a bit frustrating that BI owners do not have a tool to review their homes as do those renting via Airbnb and VRBO. We'd like to know more about the condition of the rentals and have had cleanliness issues upon arrival. Also at issue on BI is the "self-service" required - linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. Our Airbnb and VRBO owners have furnished all of the above and even left bikes for us to ride and bottles of wine, plenty of condiments, etc. Our BI rentals have been bare bones - BYO everything which is a PITA and annoying

We have rented on Block Island through Phillips for 4 summers now. The service has always been terrific from choosing/securing the rental to the day of check out. Their staff is consistently responsive and always accommodating. Each house we've rented has exceeded our expectations which has resulted many awesome family memories!

Hannah and team were tremendous to work with. Found us the most perfect Block Island house. Will work with them every year going forward. Hannah was so nice, helpful, honest and easy to get a hold off.

Everything was easy and handled seamlessly. Great communication and patience with us figuring out our logistics. I was burned by AirBnB and will only use licensed realtors like Phillips for vacation rentals from now on. Total peace of mind and honest friendly people.
