Phyllis Chambers, OD

I have been seeing Dr. Chambers since I was a child and she is such a great doctor. I took a break from going to get eye appointments for probably 6-8 years while I was in my 20s and as soon as I went back to see her she remembered me and asked how my sisters were. She is very friendly and I would recommend to everyone.

The staff is so rude in person and I can't even call without someone either hanging up on me or seeming rude even over the phone. Even small clerical task take unreasonable amounts of time and I feel like my prescription is inaccurate. I would say this is not the first place to look for an eye Dr.

This place is terrible. I gave them the benefit of doubt for not having us on the schedule the first time, and went again. Once again was not on the schedule. I even had the girl repeat to me when I scheduled the date and time. Didn't surprise me. I will definitely not return to them.

Dr.Chambers is very knowledgeable and is helpful with any questions I may have my children love going to her
