Dr. Strauss seems like a great guy, very attentive and has a really great bedside manner. The only thing I did not like was that I was charged a co-pay for an eye exam and contact fitting when I didn't need to have either done. I advised the office staff over the phone that I just needed to re-order contacts. The woman said my insurance would cover one eye exam per year so they would just complete that during the visit. So I was charged $45 dollars for a co-pay unnecessarily.

Dr. Strauss does very thorough eye exams. I’ve seen him and other eye doctors over the past 25 years; so far, he’s the best. His staff is also quite good.

Dr. Strauss is by far the most thorough and conscientious eye doctor I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Staff is professional and very customer focused.

Love the office and dr. Personal, individual care. Small office so they remember you even if you only come once a year. Through eye exam as well. I’ve been going to eye doctors for 40year in several different state, this is my favorite office!!

Worst Experience and They dont care about you. I made an appointment in the middle of July and visited this place on August 9th directly from work. When I arrived, the person was on call and didn't even acknowledge my arrival with at least a sign. I waited patiently from 5:00 - 5:10 & my appointment was at 5:15. I put myself forward and informed her that I have an appointment. She browsed the notes for a while and said no appointments in my name. Then she went and called another person and she started speaking in a way that I was lying or imagined myself that I had an appointment It was totally a waste of an hour and half. Don't even think of visiting this place. I have no idea how the doctor would be, so no comments about the Doctor.

Great staff. Awesome doctor! Glad we found him!
