Great Experience! Tressa is the best! She was very nice, took her time with me to help me select my new glasses. Dr. Ammon was awesome as well. Loved my experience there, will definitely make this my #1 place for an eye exam!! Wish I could give them 10 stars :

My appointment with Dr. Ammon was great! He and his crew make you feel so comfortable and cared for. I ended up with very affordable glasses and I've got excellent vision now, thanks to my new prescription lenses. I highly recommend Dr. Ammon at Eyeworks Vision Center.
Stopped in to have two of my frames tightened. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Beautiful store, if your in the area and need glasses, 100% stop by for top customer service thank you!
Thank you for your incredible kindness in fixing my mother's broken eyeglasses today. You took extra caution in handling everything with care and cleanliness during this pandemic. I so appreciate it! Stay well.
The staff was very nice & knowledgable. Dr. Ammon is wonderful. This is my first time wearing glasses & contacts--they walked me through the whole process with kindness & understanding. They are very patient oriented.
The good, The bad, and the ugly.... The Good... They staff beside Dr. Amnon or Annonn or whatever his name was super helpful. They were patient and eventually found a pair of frames I like. They even took me as a walk in, because someone cancelled their appointment. The Bad ... When it was my turn Dr. Annon mispronounced my name expected, and was condescending when I corrected him. He said to follow him. As we were walking I asked, "and you are"? And making fun of my names pronounciation, he said "Ro-Gere", for Roger. He seemed very hurried and though my prescription makes my vision better I am not confident it is correct for me. I am a Registered nurse and don't appreciate being spoon fed information. But after multiple attempts he didn't get it. Oh and a tic tac wouldn't hurt him either. THE UGLY..... I guess he didn't get that I had insurance. While pricing my frames the numbers became astronomical. I protested and showed my benefit coverage. Then all of my stuff that was covered was free, but miraculously the cheaper items got much more expensive. I got Carrera frame which sell everywhere for 70 or so dollars. He said since I have insurance I have to pay the retail price of 269 dollars. Meaning I paid even more out of pocket. Then each lens coating, which she said initially was free and included on the lens cost was now itemized. These guys need to remember we health care folks take an oath. Buyer be 'ware
Called around and they had the best price for an exam. After the exam I took the Rx to Lenscrafters only to find the price for replacement lenses almost double the price of Eyeworks - went back to Eyeworks and they made them in a hour too.
courteous, patient; however it took two weeks to get my glasses after being told it would be 1 week. I had broken my glasses so it was a hardship to wait so long
Services were good and no complains only issue was properly not explaining the billing properly intially they said $0 copay and after that they billed me 130 dollars ... very unhappy.
