I had a great experience at this LensCrafters. The employees were incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. Tyler took the time to explain my eye insurance benefits so that I understood how to maximize my coverage and get the best deal. He was very helpful and didn't try to up-sell me at all. Thank you for your time and kindness.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Every employee was approachable and patient with me, my eye doctor Mary was outstanding; she took time to understand my vision concerns, she’s so detail oriented and skillful. During my visit I was welcomed immediately by two representatives, and I was introduced to each person I encountered which is so important for me. JT was so kind and gave assurance during both testing sessions. When selecting my eyewear, Tyler really hope that’s his name, definitely started with a T gave so much patience and care. He is so personable and is very skilled in building meaningful rapport. I will recommend the Glen Mills location, to all.

Ruth did a fantastic job! Ruth carefully rechecked all of her work to make sure my glasses were perfect. The last time I used lens crafters at a different store my prescription was entered into the system incorrectly. I rarely wore my old glasses and now I know the reason why: Ruth candidly told my the wrong values were entered previously. Ruth is a gem.

Once a small snafu with my vision, insurance was taken care of, Getting the eye exam and shopping for a new glasses was a breeze. Karla was exceptionally helpful and had great suggestions obviously profiling her many years of experience in the field. This is not a discount store but it’s much better experience than those I had, with vision works in Costco.

Excellent customer service. Ruth and Tony were both so nice and very helpful in selecting glasses. The entire team and process was a pleasure. Miles above the service I received at My Eye Dr!

Ruth is amazing! She did an excellent job in getting the right frame for me. We were looking all over for a specific frame and she took her time until we found it.

Mrs. Ruth took very good care of us!! Explained everything and very patient!! Dr. Melissa is awesome!! Took the time to explain all procedures, very warm personality!! Overall just a great place!!

Billy was extremely helpful amd vested in getting me a stylish set of frames and the right lenses for what I needed. Overall, a thorough and pleasant experience overall, I would highly recommend this LensCrafters location!

Horrible store, poor customer service, and glasses can take up to 3 weeks to a month to receive. Even if you are assured 7-10 day time from and "sometimes sooner". Do not purchase glasses from this location
