Unethical hearing aid department.  They refuse to honor insurance contractual adjustment despite having a contract to do so.  

Hearing aid staff are always late and never on time for appointments.

Great facility,, Doctor Wagoner is very professional.  She cares,  she takes time to explain and hear her patients concerns.
