Pier 1 Imports

Love Pier 1! I've shopped at the Pier 1 stores in the Cities for years and was pleased to find that the store in Duluth had the same fabulous selection as the stores in the Cities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pier 1 is the kind of store you can spend way too much time in discovering all the wonderful new products and how they display them.

I had ordered a $300 chair from Pier One online and the store never notified me to let me know that it had arrived. Although they just needed my last name to find my order I ended up on hold for 20 minutes before she let me know my three piece chair had in fact arrived. The store hours listed online and on the store's answering machine were not consistent so lastly I asked what time they were open until tonight. I was then put on hold yet again. I think you should probably know the hours of operation at your place of employment.... Not my first bad experience here but definitely my last. See you at TJMaxx
