Pilot House Restaurant

A fun friendly place. A lot of locals go to this bar. The bar tender on duty that night was Vicki. She was very pleasant and nice. Although the kitchen was closed she went out of her way to package some clam chowder for me to take back to the hotel

The food was great. Lots of locals there, a lively, friendly bunch. Had a little mix up with getting my order in so had to wait extra long. They made it right though.

I had shrimp roll and husband had haddock sandwich – Great food!! Unfortunately, the service was really bad. I think the girl had other things on her mind besides waiting on customers. We weren’t the only ones she didn’t attend to. It’s a shame because the food is terrific. We enjoyed being able to eat outside because it was so warm in mid-October. If you get a different waitress, your time there will be much different than ours was.
