Great experience from a man who had no idea what he was doing! The front desk gal was very helpful in assisting me with a birthday spa day for my lady love.

Cancelled my contract because I could no longer afford it. I was aware that if you cancel you get charged for 2 following months,  which was fine. But I then got charged for a 3rd month and I made contact with them same day asking why i had been charged again. I got the same story of "l will call you back"..It's not been 17 days...and I've called 8 times. They still won't give me my money back.

Amazing place to relax and pamper yourself. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
