Snake River Pool & Spa of Idaho, LLC

My wife and I were in the market for new hot tub but were not sure what to do with the tub we currently owned. I met with Greg and asked if we could use our old hot tub as a trade in and he stated we could. He gave us a great trade in and explained the entire process to us. We made our decision as to which one we wanted and then we made arrangements for his staff to come to our house and remove our old hot tub. Long story short, once we received our new tub and had it installed Greg came out to house, answered any questions we had and gave us an orientation on how to keep and maintain our new hot tub. We love it and we use it more than we did our last hot tub. To Greg and the staff at Snake River Pool and Spa...you guys are awesome and if any of our friends are looking to replace a hot tub or just purchase one new we are going to send them your way!

We love our new hot tub. Everyone is very helpful and have helped us. We are first time hot tub owners and we have really appreciated their helpful service. Greg your awesome, thank you for always answering our calls with questions......

What a great company!! Not only did they make me feel like family and treat me like I was theirs. Beau Burk and the whole team made me the best option for my family and it’s wonderful!! I am sitting in my new flair tonight for the first time and I’m so glad I went through snake river pool and spa!! I will definitely recommend my family and friends as this team is already family!! They always have everything I need. They are under construction, and they still found everything for my pool needs in under 5 minutes! Anything I need for my pool is always in stock. Great local business and the prices are good. Highly recommend these ppl.

Beau and the staff at Snake River Pool & Spa were so awesome to work with. Going in the first time not knowing anything about spas, they were willing to answer all my questions and teach my family everything we needed to know. My family absolutely enjoys the spa and we are sitting in it almost nightly. Our 5 year old begs to sit in it. Such a great experience for the whole family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spa. Thanks again Beau and the Spa Team from our family to yours.
