I booked Platinum Coaches for a casino bus ride. Paid on full almost 2 months prior to my ride and did as instructed by email and mail. The lady failed to make note of my reservation but cashed my money order. She booked a wedding and failed to contact me, return my calls, etc. A week and a half before my ride she sends me an email apologizing. Again I booked first and paid in full 2 months earlier. I asked for the owner. A month later, still no refund or a phone call. Very unprofessional. I will need a refund ASAP and no i will never book w you ever.
