Without a doubt, the best service I’ve experienced with any agency. Denise to be exact was an absolute pleasure to work with, from all aspects. We all know how insurances are disorganized and like to prolong any process, but Denise went above and beyond to ensure we got things done. I would highly recommend working with her and Platinum to anyone!

The experience of dealing with a new home care agency depends on expectations. Mine turned out to be too high; I thought basic requirements for an aide such as the ability to communicate in English and prior experience were a given. So my 1st interaction wasn't good. Platinum is highly motivated to find an aide quickly but the 1st attempt didn't even meet my minimum expectations. So I complained and the next aide assigned to us was - and remains - terrific. Michael Lamboy listened carefully and selected Alexis Toscano, who speaks English fluently and is genuinely interested in my mother, who is nearly 94 years old. She listens and asks questions about mom's life, diligently makes sure mom bathes each day, and attends to a number of other duties that make mom's life comfortable and relaxing. Mom is extremely comfortable with Alexis and in turn, I'm relieved and happy to entrust mom's care to her. Thank you Michael and Alexis!!!

I contacted Platinum Home Healthcare to get assistance with my mother who was diagnosed with dementia. I was guided every step of the way by Denise Figueroa. She was amazing and understanding of my mother’s needs. Any time I had a concern or question Denise was helpful and diligent. I was able to get the help I needed for my mother and am very satisfied with platinum Home Healthcare services.

I was having the worst time with my health insurance trying to get services for my daughter until platinum home contacted me. I started working with Denise ext 390.. if you wanna call and she was the greatest help. She fought the hard fights with me and she fought the hard fights with out me. She also helped advocate for me when I was just sick of the back and forth my insurance gave me. Working together we were able to get my daughters services. Denise handled paperwork and contacting whoever she needed to in order to make this happen. Forever grateful for her. Literally she’s on top of her work and she fills you in with everything that’s going on with out you having to be on top of her about it. She was incredibly kind and PATIENT throughout the entire intake process. She went over everything, step-by-step When i first spoke to Denise i voiced my concerns about the process of enrolling and the challenges i faced with my insurance company, she immediately knew what to say and came prepared and took over the situation. Choosing the right agency for my family needs was extremely difficult, as I interviewed many agencies in some agencies I felt like a walking dollar sign. Going through the Medicaid, assessments, appointments & managed long term care MLTC process is incredibly confusing, time consuming, and painful. I was blessed to have worked with the intake coordinator Denise Ext 390 at Platinum and cannot say enough good things about her. Applying for jobs at this agency is not easy. After completing all paperwork, getting a case is like pulling teeth. They need to have a better system, the current one is not working; beside the office location is not convenient.
