called death valley... believe it.. worse treatment ever.. i was dumb enough to go back a couple times.. but last time they about killed me.. rushed from there to st. Mary's.. doc there gave me Valium to calm be down... it was that bad.. spent two weeks in st Mary's... and death valley will lie too you big time...

Went in to the ER. They gave me a prognosis instead of a diagnoses. They were wrong. They didn’t run any tests of any sort besides an EKG even though it wasn’t my chest. If I could give less stars, I would.

If I could get enough it negative stars I would. I am currently a patient who came in with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea with stomach pains. I was admitted by doc who said it was diabetic ketosis, came in room at 6 pm. From the time I got here until now I have had diarrhea 17 times, all known to nurses. The current nurse just looked up what to give me and there is nothing ordered. I have not even seen a doctor in last 24 hours. Was told by the nurse this morning I am here because of pancreatitis and the nurse just now said I was admitted for dehydration. These people don't even know what the hell is wrong. They do not give you the proper amount of medication you take at home and then wonder why your sugar is not lowering. (I'm diabetic and the have me on clear liquids). First the liquid diet given to me consists of juice, soda and jello that all contain sugar and is not to be given by diabetics. When I have spoken to the staff about these problems the look at me and just walk away. This hospital needs shut down until they can get real staff who know what they are doing and doctors who actually care for their patients a humans and not just a paycheck.

Some of the staff are excellent. The rest are extremely lacking in not only common sense but in bed side manner. Last time my mom was admitted we had to bath her, assist her to the rest room, or she would have been there over a week without end a sponge bath.
