I really wanted to like this place. The decor was amazing, but unfortunately the food was not. The deep fryer wasn't hot enough for the fries, so they came out limp and greasy. The batter for the shrimp had okay seasoning. We got gravy as well but it was very unappetizing.
The Filipino steak Po boy was the most delicious sandwich in the world after a night of cocktails, and their garlic fries are some of the best I've ever had. The ambiance is unbelievable too, I've never been in such a cool black-lit place before. The service was also amazingly friendly. I would definitely eat there again!
The service was impeccable. We arrived after 11pm on a Sunday night. The server at the bar upstairs was patient and helpful. Our food arrived promptly and was DELICIOUS! I recommend the gumbo and shrimp basket. You absolutely will not be disappointed!
