Poche Plantation RV Park

We stayed here for almost a year while working, the scenery was beautiful, the staff was always friendly, I was fortunate enough to meet the owners and they were awesome people! My little one loved the pool. I would recommend this park to anyone!

Quiet. Swimming pool. Laundromat was inexpensive. Got a free tour of the mansion by Marc the owner and he was hilarious. Pretty grounds. Will soon have a restaurant.

Had our honeymoon here. The owner drove wildly around the grounds on a motorbike most of the afternoon, while his huge dogs roamed around and terrified the guests. Our bed was huge and broke on us during the night. We thought we heard people giggling outside our door, but shook our heads no. Found out the next morning that the entire place was laughing at us, as the owner admitted to screwing with our bed as a joke. I was mortified. The house was beautiful but not well kept. Not only was there no official tour of the place, the owner had no idea of any of the plantation's history. He admitted he was uninterested in the home and more interested in the land so he could open an RV park.

It saddens me when I see someone post a total and complete false review such as the unhappy honeymooner, 1. Mark doesn't even own a motorbike 2. His two dogs are less than 10" tall ( mini pinscher & corgi type, the first scared of her shadow due to being in the 2016 tornado they rescued her From) 3.the house is very clean and well kept and there are no issues with the bed or any other furniture, besides how would one stay in business treating people that way. 4. Anyone who has ever taken marks tour of the house knows he cares about the history of Poche Plantation and he started up the RV parks housing displaced familes from hurricane Katrina. Poche is a great place for families, weddings, or just peace and quiet on your own. Including a picture of one of the " huge dogs", that's Tootie. And FYI that guy had never been a registered guest at the plantation.

They have tour's and craft shows ,they also have a pool and a hot tub, and the Smell of all the flower are wonderful.
