Would give no stars if possible it is tucked between a construction site and someone's front yard it is a sh## hole smells like a sewer 24/7 barley enough room for your canopy to pull out between campers terrible terrible place

Not very good condition, water pressure up and down ,way to close together couldn't roll out awning, just not happy with conditions

Just horrible. It is crammed up, it's a fire hazard, wifi does not have enough bandwidth to be able to use it. Way too expensive for the lies you're told and for the living conditions. You better have 1 car because there's no parking. You will never feel like home. The shower is filthy, the electrical boxes don't work right, the only dryer doesn't work. $540/month and you're not welcome for more than 6 months. Ripoff.

Owner is a jerk and not very helpful. Lots are over priced. Go to knights RV around the corner .. wifi isn't worth the $30 difference at all
