This is a great park for workers to stay not so much for a family. Park is very clean and quiet, yes it’s all rocks. We parked on the back and it flooded after it rained but there is a big ditch next to it so we moved. We also didn’t get internet service at that spot until we moved to the front of the park. Internet worked just fine. We have been here for a week, left a few things outside and they still there, I have not seen any “Drug” related issues or people walking around. Price is competitive to the area, even tho they don’t have all the amenities other parks have is very close to work so it works for us.
Improvements be: slabs more green areas for animals and better internet service on the back of the park.
Update: 03/05/18 left the door unlock all day by mistake and when I go back everything was intact! Nobody mess with our stuff. Safe place! And yes WiFi is an issue it does not stay on specially at night time.

Not the best they charge for wifi no one can get a strong service enough to use it it floods when it rains water done came under my camper to the front door serveral times they also let drugs heads from the close by neighbor hood stealing anything they can grab and knows they back grounds n serveral people done pointed them out but don't do anything about it the manger had the police pull me over checking me out bc he thinks everyone that has rims on there vehicle is a drug dealer and that came from the police that pulled me over and another thing it's not much water pressure most of the time the spots are very off level and don't want to fix it

So, based on the reviews, this place has been here for 2 years. Yet it looks like it was VERY hastily built 3 weeks ago. What's really sad is that this is one of the NICER RV parks in the area.
No amenities (I don't count a barely functioning "washeteria" as an amenity), zero landscaping, and a big pile of garbage by the dumpsters. The owners are charging $500/month, $145/week for rocks and mud. The only plus is the spaces are fairly large.
I understand that most of the people who stay are working long hours, but that is no excuse for basically charging absurd amounts for electricity and water, and doing NOTHING to make it a welcoming place to stay. What's really pathetic is that, with the exception of Poche Plantation, the other parks are the same, if not worse. It doesn't help that the town is strictly built around the refineries, and has zero charm--a few gas stations, a couple of casinos and hotels, and a Sonic.
If we had any other choice, we would have stayed elsewhere, or even gotten an extended-stay kitchenette suite. Truly, truly awful.
