I been here 6 years I have a son that is 5 the day he was born we moved in here we love it They have a pool and pond and 64 lots you can choose from to put your camper we have10 front row lots that have concrete slabs 4 men's restrooms and 4 ladies restrooms they come with nice clean showers and doors that lock on all of them for your safety and privacy and we also have great management and staff workers so come on down and grab you a lot enjoy the swimming pool and Pond to go fishing

Just an okay park by normal standards. Concrete pads but the whole place is a little tight for a big rig. WiFi is okay. Biggest issue is the highway noise from I-10....only about 150 yds away.

The office staff is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends very kid and pet friendly the grass and grounds were well kept!

Poor driveway, no cable, very close to a noisy highway. Has some concrete pull thru sites.
