Ponderosa Steakhouse Arnold Missouri

It was horrible. To start, the iceberg lettuce was brown...not just on the edges. Next, the shrimp, not what you get off the buffet, the dinner you pay extra for, was tasteless and cold. Next, the only pie they had was lemon. At 5 pm on a Friday night they were already out of cheesecake and coconut. This is only a brief part of the disappointment we endured. Never going to return. Worst 32.00 we've ever spent. If I could give less then 1 star I would. One good note, my husband liked the ice cream.

Very crowded on a Friday evening visit with son's family. Food was plentiful and mostly quite good. There were both comfort foods and healthy options with many choices available on the buffet. Even the dessert options were varied and tasty. Service of beverages was fast. Our drinks and the buffet selection were constantly replenished.

Serving staff does a great job, but they could use some assigned bus staff to remove the soil dishes so the servers would have more time to deal with their customers without having to stop and clear tables before getting you a refill! The best darn Fried Chicken in the whole County! Some things have changed in the past year sure miss the old man!

This reflects our last visit on 3-14-18. Ordered the chicken fried steak, hoping to enjoy it and found it to be the "chicken fried steak with the special PUKE sauce". It ruined the steak, I told the waitress WHO GAVE GREAT SERVICE BY THE WAY, but I got no feedback from the manager, only a refund of $2.xx. On the way out I told him that he needs to dump the sauce which tasted like a half cup of soap was added to it, all he said was, "sorry some people like it and some don't". Totally somewhere else when it comes to customers concerns. Wow.

I come in Tuesday because I Love their stuffed peppers. My hubby use to l9ve your bread pudding but you have changed it and now he won't eat it.
