I really wish I could 3.5 star this. Food was hot, decent portions, but it was like 45 minutes of sitting in a cramped booth waiting. It's LOUD in there with all the hospital crew in there for lunch. I like noise, I hate hearing people eating and clanking glass dishes, but it was well above what I need for that. Table was a little sticky, and the whole place could be a bit cleaner. It's not filthy, but there's detail things that were missed that kind of could creep real picky people out (my wife being one of them). Staff was helpful, friendly, and we walked in at about 12:05, so it was full on lunch rush. Big place. Prices are on par for everywhere else, and for the same price, I've gotten worse food and far worse service other places. I would go back, but it sure won't be during a rush hour.

This isn't the 1st time we have visited this place. Let me tell you, this is a very nice and relaxing place to eat. We have sat both in the bar area and regular seating and both areas are very nice. The wait staff are engaging and pleasant to work with. So, let's talk food. Every time we have come her, and I mean every time, we have had excellent food. I have ordered several different items off their menu and every item I have ordered has been excellent in taste and presentation. The portions are huge. This last time we went there, we had so much food left over that we had 2 additional meals at home that following week. The prices we very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Well worth the trip if you want an eastern Missouri relaxed dining experience.

I love this place!!! I really wish they would branch out....especially to my city!! The service was excellent. The food was amazing, and we will probably take the hour and a half drive just to go again. I'm sure we can find something else to do while we're there!!

The wait staff was polite and nice. The food was served hot and fresh. It was what you would expect of a restaurant of it's kind. Reasonably priced comfort food in a generic restaurant environment.

Delicious food and lots of it! Salad was fresh, loaded potato was excellent, and our steaks were done perfectly. Our server, Elaina, was very friendly and attentive. We were just passing though the area, but otherwise we would come again for sure!
