I was impressed with the young lady at the register. She did a very professional job. Either way I enjoy this location! I love coming for delicious fried chicken and a gallon of tea. It’s great and I will always return especially for the crispy, hot fried chicken and especially to this location. The staff is always friendly, make sure order is correct and always make sure your taken care of. Either way this location is great, the people who work there attitudes are good and they do there best every time I go to make sure I’m happy and other customers. Thanks for the greeting and an enjoyable experience.

The service was slow and the staff acted like it was a hassle when I asked for the 12-piece family meal. They tried to deter me by saying that it would be a 10-minute wait. The 10-minute wait is no problem but trying to convince me not to buy that because they didn't want to make it was not cool.

The food is 5 star. The service is lacking. The employees don't seem to enjoy their work. They aren't very friendly. But the food.. Mmmm mmmm its good good

Not so good today. Manager seemed preoccupied. Messed up my order...waited for replacement, no apology. You might want to be a little more customer oriented.

Most of the time the employees are nice. At the same time the service is hit-or-miss most times. The wait times are ridiculous. Last night for example we had to wait 40 minutes and to top it off they forgot to put the biscuits that came with the meal and I have to go back in to get them. to get our family meal and then when you order a meal nine times out of 10 you're missing something that you paid for and you have to either go back or if you're home already and just forget about it. So before you leave you should check your order to make sure you have everything you pay for. I go to this Popeyes that's it on 28 in Pineville Louisiana because it's close to me. The one on Military Highway is much better at service and consistency. Also, make sure you go at least an hour before they close because another time ordered a family meal and it was at 9:30 and they were going to close at 10 p.m. and they told me that they had already shut down and cleaned the fryers and they did not have any more chicken. And when I was going through the drive-thru and looked inside the restaurant I saw all the employees just hanging out on their phones gossiping and joking around in the restaurant. It's nice to get paid just to show up I guess. If you're going to go tell Popeyes I recommend you go to the Popeye's on Military Highway in Pineville Louisiana because that's the best service of these restaurants that are locally operated around here in Central Louisiana that I've experienced.
