Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’m visiting from out of town so in the hotel and had ordered a 2 PC chicken meal. I was able to get honey for my biscuit but when I ask for some BBQ Sauce she gonna say 27 cents per sauce. So your saying I HAVE to eat dry chicken. All the Popeyes i ever been to just gives the sauce. Never heard of that till now. Never again will I be back there . Just outraged .

Excellent service. If they accidentally mess something up, they go above and beyond to fix the issue to make sure their customers are happy.

good food and friendly people. The food is always HOT and FRESH. Something I appreciate even in a fast food place.

If I could give a zero I would. Rude rude and more rude. I came in contact with 3 team members and all was rude even the manager. I order a 16 pc family meal and I guess that was a big deal because they were not prepared for their dinner rush. I won't go back to the Madison ave location again. I image the car behind me that pulled away due to the wait, won't be returning as well. Funny thing is I was greeted with thanks for coming back to Popeyes. Makes so much sense now.

They need new workers...my rice kup was half filled n the khicken was kinda dry...for my first time in 15 years eating Popeyes...this was subpar
