Screwed up our order again. They gave us mild insted of spicy chicken. Don't mind waiting for fresh chicken, but if I'm going to wait 10 minutes then for pity sake make sure the order is right!

Ive given this location several chances since it opened. Always a disappointment, but I like the chicken, so eventually I try again. Usual problems - never a clean table in the place - even during slow times. Never any chicken prepared, even during lunch or dinner busy times. Typical response "that's gonna be 16 minutes on your chicken." I understand loss prevention, but also managed restaurants when I was younger. I sacrificed throwing away a small amount of food to have some ready to fill orders during peak times. Tonight its 7pm and there's no chicken cooked (or fries). We've been waiting for our food for 30 minutes (as have others). Not a good way to run a "fast food" business in my opinion. Id think the owner, and the investment he has in his franchise would be on site more often monitoring why his sales are no where near where they could be.

Horrible service. Drive thru did not give me two ranch sauces that were on my ticket. Girl at drive through didn't want to give my husband any sauce for his two piece meal. They gave my husband the wrong drink. My husband went back in and the clerk did not want to replace his drink. The clerk had to ask his manager before my husband was given the correct drink. Save yourself the headache and visit the one on Emerson Ave and County Line Road.

Great food. Nice people. Not a single clean table in the whole restaurant even though we were the only people there!!!!

Love your chicken but they are always out of spicy. Must hit it at the busiest time of day.
