Very helpful staff, not at all pretentious like many music stores. Got what I needed for the price I wanted and they even offered to help if I had any trouble. Highly recommended.

Excellent Mom/Pop music shop. Staff are knowledgeable and straight up fair. If they don't have something they work with you to find what you are looking for or needing. Bob is honest and refers you out to another store if he feels it would be better for the customer, even though he could make the sale himself. Totally recommend this store!

I was impressed with the quality of their work on my instrument. Unfortunately, the owner insulted my choice of guitar while I was explaining to the luthier what I wished to have done to it. I've also been harassed by other store employees for simply browsing. It wasn't a very welcome feeling, and I don't think I'll be returning.
