Precision Cleaning & more

Was a no call no show! 😡. I scheduled a move out cleaning but never heard back from them since. I was getting worried I had not heard anything by the day before so I called several times. The phone number listed went to voicemail but the voicemail box was full and couldn't leave a message. I tried again the day of and still nothing. They never showed, never called back, nothing. Thankfully I didn't pay over the phone like the girl originally wanted cause I'm sure I never would have got my money back.

this review is from an employee, make that former employee now. for 2 weeks i have had to fight to get my pay, and this last time, it looks like i won't be receiving it. they wonder why the have such a high employee turn over and can't find someone who wants to work for them. well the most you can make there is $9.00 an hour, which i don't even get. i get a mere $20 for a house, and that's when i can actually get paid by them. over the past 3 years i have fought too hard too many times to just my tiny pay. i don't see how this company gets away with this but somewhere karma will come around. onto better things that working for little to no pay. oh and they can't keep me on the books consistantly, looks like tax fraud to me... just saying.

I actually posted a review for this company since they were a NO CALL NO SHOW initially. But it looks as though they were able to get my review removed. Not sure how, but nonetheless; they eventually re-scheduled at a 25% reduced rate. They did ok, I have had MUCH BETTER. I would not recommend this company.

I needed someone to clean my rental home after the tenants moved out. The tenants had lived there for 4 years and were not the cleanest people. I called around to several different companies and ended up going with Precision Cleaning because of how detailed the cleaning was and everything they did. They also told me upfront exactly how much it would cost me. I was extremely impressed after the cleaning. They place looked great. I will certainly use them again and give them my full recommendation to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! $425 to clean a smaller home, lol. The house was empty and it needed a cleaning due to former renters moving out. There was no carpet, only concrete foundation and some tile in the entire home. We are a military family and after being far from home we were depending on this company to clean it well due to extreme allergies, the former renters had dogs. The initial cleaning was a joke, supposedly 2 people worked 4 hours on my home. Luckily my brother lives next door and proceeded to inspect the home. Upon entry alone, there was dog hair stuck in the threshold and the front window was not even touched. Long story short, only thing that had visibly been worked was where you could see crappy water marks left behind on anything shiny. All vents and fans, not one mark indicating any cleaning. No windows inside and out were touched as well. After complaining, they did send them out again, same result. The owner and his wife came out to finish the job, which even then was mediocre at best. Windows were still not touched even after the owners were here. They told me that wasn't part of their cleaning. So an empty home with no carpet and no furniture doesn't even get the inside of a window clean for $425? We were taken advantage of by being out of state and the workers integrity is less than stellar. After all this, the company didn't even discount or call to offer a possible future discount cleaning, terrible business skills. Let's just say I won't be using them again. Don't let them fool you when they comment on my review, just in case they say something like "it wasn't our company" or "we don't know the customer", etc. You can tell the difference between a good respectful company and a horrible one by their comments about a review.
