Sell you hardware missing pieces then argue with you about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Precision Door in Rockville so much better.

These guys are dishonest. The guy shows up and immediately starts criticizing how the hinges are installed on my door. The door has worked fine for 8 years. Just fix what is wrong, the spring and the roller. He gives an eyeball estimate of almost 700.00. I send him on his way and did more research. I just got the repairs done for about 350.00. Precision Door sucks.

Precision Doors blows the competition out of the water because they treat their customers right. I've been dedicated to them for over a decade and I'm really glad they have been succeeding so well. They have a friendly sales department that really knows their stuff, and they have a better selection of doors and hardware than most area suppliers. This should be your first and only stop for doors, frames, lock sets, or bathroom accessories and partitions.

I'm a regular costumer and everybody in this store is great they always try ton help you and answer your question but every time that I been help with Lou Barnabas (sales person front desk he always use a hat) he is so rude 0 paciente he doesn't understand that he is here to help and answer questions about their products and I leave the store disappointed because I feel that He doesn't appreciate that I'm coming to give them business so if ever come to this store DO NOT approach to this guy he is the worst sale person I ever seen
