The staff are always helpful and friendly when I go to the store. They take the time to answer questions, even if they need to find someone else to do so. I like supporting our small town business whenever I can.

I frequent this store often. I just moved into a house and there are many things I needed and needed to learn. I appreciate the staff's honesty. If I walk up to an individual and they don't know an answer, they aren't going to lie or worse just say, "I don't know", they will take me to someone who has the answer. In short, this is a great store with great staff and it beats driving 20 minutes to a home depot or Lowe's where getting help is difficult.

Fantastic customer service (all the staff!), help finding items, and wonderful community events like derby races for the kids, outdoor festival style events in the parking lot, and the halloween event is a blast for our kids. If you are looking for a cheaper solution that will just "work for now", this isn't your place.
