Best customer service experience I've ever had. I took a 30 year old bow in and Curtis took it from trash to gold. He put a new string on and hooked me up with several accessories. What really made the difference was the attention to perfecting the bow. He could've stopped at several points and I would've left satisfied but he went above and beyond. Making small adjustments, helping with my technique, and making sure everything he could do was done. I can't recommend this place enough. Also they have a huge firearm selection.

I purchased my son's first compound bow here and was also the first time that I met Curtis Ashcraft. My son is very passionate about archery and shoots his bow religiously so needless to say we have made many trips to see Curtis. We have received nothing but the absolute best service from Curtis on every occasion even when he has been busy with other customers my son has always left with what he needed wether it was tuning, repairs, or needed supplies. His immense knowledge has helped my son in improving his archery skills. We both highly recommended Curtis and his can do attitude! Keep up the great work.

Very prompt service even though they were busy . Answered all my questions. The background check line was a bit backed up but that's not their fault. I didn't buy because of the background backup , but plan to return , maybe during the week.

I used to go to those places like home depot. But not so much anymore. This place has reasonable prices and they are a bit more available and helpful than those other stores. There's always someone available to help and always in my experience know exactly what you need. Sometimes necessary to talk to a manager though if employee don't know something (rare though).
