Premium Parking - P308

Need security or cameras or something...entire line I was parked on windows was smashed...smh has to be a target lot ..be warned

Decent parking lot. I have never had any issue parking here at all. Easy in and out and now you can pay via mobile phone. Two blocks from Bourbon Street.

DO NOT PARK HERE… The lot is covered in window pieces. Cars are constantly getting broken into in this lot and there is no security cameras. THIS IS A TARGETED LOT… I have contacted Premium Parking and they will do nothing nor will they warn future customers! DO NOT PARK HERE!!

We have parked here several times. Its the cheapest that we have found. Our vehicle has been ok each time. Will continue to come back. And yes sometimes it smells like urine...because people go in there to pee but they clean it up as soon as they are on duty.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I came to New Orleans for a girls trip. When we go to leave, we see a boot on our car. But we still had 5 hours!!! We went down to the desk and the lady that worked there said there is nothing she can do!!what do you mean, you let them in and isn’t your job to read how much time card have left We called boot place and now we have waited almost an hour. And we missed our flight because of it. Great.

I parked here while on a trip to New Orleans with my friends last year. Our hostel was right down the street. We looked out of the parking garage to confirm that it was down the street, and when we looked back I guess one of their guys was at my car. There was no boot on my car. But as soon as I told him the situation he put the boot on the car right in front of my face. I then paid MORE than the amount stated on their policy to get the boot removed. I got my money back from my credit card company. And I have literally nothing nice or kind to say to everyone from this company involved - the opportunistic guy who booted my car, the company who owns this scam establishment, or the policies that allow them to get away with this.

At $20 for 10 hours of parking, I guess it's not horrible, but there are probably much cheaper places to park. The parking area also looks pretty sketchy, but it my car was still there upon returning, so I guess it's fine.

We have Parked here,when this Lot was open,prior to Hard Rock Hotel Site Collapse! Glad we can once again Park here!

Was cheated out of money due to Hard Rock collapse. Emailed them about refund, no contact. They are theives.

Prices are kind of high.
