You have to pay in advance. It's a weird system I've never seen before. My fault for not reading the signs, but it cost me $105 for 2 nights because I had a boot on my wheel.

For $13.50 is a great deal. It's not new, twisty and turny but it works. The attendant was very helpful. It's old, don't expect luxury but it's good for a day of parking!

Interesting old garage with strange architecture like its from the 40s. Its dirty like literaly everything else in NOLA but the staf were helpful and $20 for 10 hours was reasonable for the location and relitive security.

Parked there for Mardi Gras,was BUSY! their App wouldn't load,on Canal St,during Parades! Had to return to Garage,to add more time to our vehicle! This needs to be ADDRESSED!

The ramps are way too narrow and there aren't any elevators. If you have luggage, uou have to haul it several floors

Tight lot tight spots but on outer edge quarter eady in and out. Plus with ur played time you are allowed in and out unlike most lots

Horrible parking spaces and for $20.00! Unbelievable how cramped! NEVER using this garage for Saenger parking ever again.
