Probably some of the best chicken in Utah. BUT, it's a tiny place, hard to move around in, hard to get to (because downtown parking sucks), and feel like it's a contest to keep from bumping people eating. The fries are good and the "hot" level of spicy is probably medium if you're used to hot foods. The soda machines don't have enough CO2 and taste weird, maybe due to the unfiltered water? I can't say much about the help because it's a quick interaction to order and get food... But you get your food quick. If it were a better location, it would get 5 stars.

It's bustling and crowded and there's usually a line out the door and ALL OF THAT IS 100% WORTH IT FOR THE DELICIOUS CHICKEN SANDWICH. First of all, the vibe here is cool. Stopping in for lunch you really feel like you're grabbing a bite from an eatery downtown in a busy, booming metropolis. Maybe that's not your speed, which is fine. You can order your food to go and save a seat for the rest of us. I promise you won't regret it though. The chicken is juicy and flavorful and the "hot" is actually hot! I couldn't quite muster the courage to try the hottest option, and I like spicy things, so order at your own risk... Seriously though. Stop in, say hi to the owner (who works behind the counter), and enjoy the best fried chicken that has ever blessed your taste buds.

Love the secluded location, a nice walk-friendly area. Just the right amount of exposure for an alleyway. It's open and safe.(Great place to take pictures with new and old city buildings.) Trendy, nice outside seating and upbeat staff. It's small, but outside is a nice place to enjoy your meal. The chicken recipe is light, sweet, crispy (not hard crunchy), juicy and the right amount of spice. I can't handle spices, but if you order the "Mild", it's the perfect heat for the sensitive ones. It's a little on the pricier side, so if you have a little extra for a $15 combo, you must try! Suggestion: garabage bin outside in eating area, maybe more places to sit.

Good looking sandwich, I've had it twice. Once was outstanding. Second time the chicken was low quality - insubstantial beneath a burly shell of fried breading, greasy, and not very meaty. This place is now officially hit or miss for me. I will try it again because I like the concept, but if they miss a second time it will be a while before I return. I don't know why they don't have a ketchup dispenser and instead opt for ketchup packets. I do appreciate orange soda. But overall they have really only one dish on the menu and it should be spectacular. Pretty Bird, if you're listening, make your chicken fresher, meatier, and less dry/greasy and overfried.

Delicious, mouthwatering my chicken sandwich! We got the mild seasoning, which had a hint of cinnamon and just enough kick to it. Things move fast, and we got a couple of seats inside. They keep the place very clean. Definitely will come back!
