Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place is awful. Popeyes is one of my favorite cheat meals. Excited to get one close to home. Gave them several chances. Order is rarely correct and they are always out of something. No response from corporate and no improvement. Never eating at location again.

I gave this place a 3 stars because I really love there food, the inside is clean, and staff is very nice. But...the drive through line is always long and slow. Today we ordered a family meal and we asked for a side of 2 mash potatoes, what we got was 1 macaroni and cheese and 1 mash potatoes. We also didn’t get biscuits! This place really needs to check their orders before they give them out.

Not a great experience! Came in at 8:30 to get a bite, the sign says they're open until 10, but all the chairs were up. There was only one kid at the register, the manager and maybe assistant manager were in the back, loudly goofing off while the kid out front clearly needed help with the till. The drink machine wasn't working, so the kids out front had to go get drinks for us. The main dish was good and hot, but the fries were cold and it looked like they have us just enough to clear it their last batch before making fresh fries for someone else...I would have expected a little more for what we paid. Based on this visit I'd say the manager needs to go and this kid doing all the work needs a raise.

Avoid this location. I love the food but they have only gotten my order correct once out of the eight times I have been here. Once I ordered a Po Boy to wait for 10 minutes to then tell me they didn't have the buns to make the sandwich. Today, I attempted to get a 10 piece chicken tender set for 11.99, waited inside for almost 20 minutes, and instead got 3 legs, 3 thighs, and 3 wings all mild. The menu seems simpler than Taco Bell's, how is the order always incorrect?

Wish i could rate this place lower. I have given them three chances. They have messed my order up all three times. This last time had me pull forward to wait and i sat there for over ten minutes while they said it was only going to be five. She made me wait until the person behind me in the drive through order was ready so she didnt have to walk out twice food was cold
