RED FUEGO Authentic Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken

I've only been here once so far but I shall return no doubt. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with sweet potato fries and the avocado slices. It tasted amazing and they had some green mystery sauce that was also incredible. From the outside I expected a whole in the wall joint but it was actually pretty classy and modern on the inside. Great food and service. You won't regret going here.

I used to live in Peru so I am very familiar with authentic Peruvian rotisserie chicken. And this is the best chicken I have tasted since coming back to the states. I have eaten here plenty of times and every time I’m super satisfied and impressed with the consistency in the quality of the food. You can tell they put a lot of attention into the preparation of the food and the quality shows that. The people who work there are passionate about what they do and strive to produce the highest quality experience possible. Go here often!

This food is the bomb. You can’t go wrong. The half chicken plate and the limo Saltado are the best. It taste like a party in my mouth. The employees are super nice and give you extra sauce for free.

Best Peruvian in Utah!! This place honestly sets the bar. Yes the portion sizes are generous, but the quality is what keeps me coming back. If you’ve been here then you already know what I mean I also talk to the people that work there a little bit when I go and you can tell that they genuinely take pride in what they’re doing, which makes the difference for me when I’m filtering through where to grab dinner!

Did not disappoint! Finally, a great Peruvian restaurant that is close to home. We had previously traveled to st george to find the same quality of Peruvian food. Our family of 6 shared the family meal and left satisfied. The chicken is amazing and the fried plantains were great.
