Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I love Zaxby's in general, so this location is no exception. However, what this specific place does better than others is that it has great promotions that will run every few months or so. For example, currently they offer 1 dollar chicken sliders on Thursdays. This makes for a great place to pick up multiple sliders for my family's dinner without having to break the bank. We have always enjoyed positive service from the employees and the same quality meal each time.

I have been here on three occasions, all for dinner service, these were my opinions. Pros - Good variety on items on the menu - Low wait times - Clean tables, floors and bathrooms - Decent price point for quality of food - Coke Products Cons - Food was a bit dry / greasy - Service was okay / inconsistent - Messed up the order once Overall a mediocre series of experiences, service and food quality was inconsistent, felt like just another big box store nothing too special. I don't know if I would go back, I only recommend if you are looking to for a quick bite and to only use the drive thru.

While I usually prefer other restaurants that serve similar style food, my girlfriend and I decided to try Zaxby's out. I'm not sure if it is because they were understaffed at the time, but it took the workers about 5 minutes just to take our order and we were the only ones waiting to order. It seems that they put a priority on those in the drive-thru than those in the lobby, which can be a little annoying after so long. The prices were okay, it wasn't expensive but for the quality, I feel that my money could have been spent better elsewhere. The food was not bad, it was just okay. It took a little longer than expected to get out to us. One of my bigger gripes is that extra sauce costed 25¢ a pack. Overall, Zaxby's isn't bad. But it isn't good. It's just... Average. And when it comes to spending money, students need the best bang for their buck and this is not it.

I like Zaxby's well enough. Their wings are pretty good by fast food standards, but the drive through is a joke to get out of and back onto the North/South street there. You'll end up doing a 2-point turn minimum.

Zaxby's is the best chicken place bar none. We go here at least once a week. The staff at this location is always friendly, and attentive. The only thing keeping them from top marks, is the wings are pretty dry about 25% of the time. Oh yeah, and stop charging extra for one extra sauce. If you are from the South, this location holds true to the same principles as the southern Zaxby's franchise, but with a slightly sub par performance on quality. It certainly isn't enough to keep me away, but if I could pick a SC or UT Zaxby's it would be SC every time.
