Great food of it does not sit under the light long. If you go in the dinner time hour the chicken is usually fresh and delicious and the wait is not bad.

They took a while to bring out our food but they let us know they would take a min longer since they are making it fresh. It was fresh.

I bought 8 pieces chicken . The man come out and give me the chicken and i aks him about the sweet heat souce ( look like he is the owner or manager ) . He was not happy and he told me the souce usually come with the chicken tender. I ask him so what sauce come with the chicken , he say the hot sauce. I come there every week to buy the chicken because of the sauce. They allway give the sauce . I dont know why he did not want to give me the sauce this time???

We went there today and got all the way home and noticed they didnt get our order right. No biggie, it happens, We went back and the manager lady with short brown hair was very ignorant and rude and did not want to fix our order even though they got it wrong. She slammed the window in our face then came back and told us we didnt order it right and we need to learn whats on the menu and order correctly even though she was not the one who took our order initially. So how would she know? We eventually got them to give us the correct food we paid for after being shunned by this rude manager. So unprofessional. We have never experienced such disrespect. We have always had a good experience here. They do tend to forget to put something in the bag or get part of the order wrong occasionally but its always fixed with no issue and very kind people. Not this time. This is the location closest to our home but were not sure if we will be returning due to how this manager treated us. I'm not one to write reviews either but you cant be in a manager position and treat people like that for your faults. Wish I could give them 0 stars but the food was tasty so they at least deserve a 1 star.
