Primary Care of Hudson

In the past month, they provided misinformation twice which resulted in either a failed test or losing the chance to get a test done at all. Zinnes was a fine doctor there before. But I can't say the same for Maxwell. On one of my earlier visits it seemed as though she wanted me to decide which option would be great going forward. When I asked what she thought would be best she said it was up to me to decide. Some guidance on one of multiple approaches would be nice. It had been quite the rush in and out of the office without taking into consideration for what was as ailing me. It would have been nice if there was at least some concern about further ups on my issues, but that wasn't the case. The staff at the front were even questioning Maxwell's decisions in front of me on the phone which didn't put me at ease as a patient. It was even more than that. We had an appointment set up we wanted to get multiple appointments done at one time. One of which I was supposed to fast for another I was not so that needed to be a gap. Then one of them got cancelled on my way to the medical center. When I confirmed which one I needed to do fast or eat I made sure twice or even three times that it was the appropriate one I was doing. And then after the test was complete they told me that I had done the wrong one. And also that the test was messed up. It had been a terrible experience, so I am done with this place and wanted to share experiences with others.

This facility prioritizes paperwork over patients. The lines and sign in process for lab work can be overwhelming. Physicals are regularly cancelled but can only be scheduled months in advance. There doesn't seem to be any value given to the patients' concerns at all. If your doctor goes on leave, you have no say in who you see instead. Even though I had a relationship with another doctor at this office and needed help with personal health problems, the administration changed my appointment and refused to let me see the doctor of my choice. The nurses aren't any better. I saw an aprn at this facility who refused to treat my hypothyroidism despite worsening test results. My new doctor (an actual doctor!) literally gasped when she saw the results and immediately changed my treatment without waiting for further results. The aprn here never so much as spoke to me herself; just had nurses or secretaries contact me who were never able to answer my basic questions, disregarding my concerns just to get off the phone quickly. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone, ever.

Very helpful and caring, they were able to get our whole family in with the same family Doctor which was very convenient.
