Horrible, outrageous and bad service. Since the place was sold to Prime service is horrible, fees outrageous, they send invoice after due date and if you pay a day late charge you 20$ of late fee on a 59$ invoice. Been client there for 9 years and truly wish to find another place to stored our trailer next summer. Employees lost there abilities to think and power to act since these abusers bought the place!!!

This facility is by far the best place to store all your stuff. I have been a customer since 2005, and I am always treated with the utmost respect. In fact, I was made to feel part of the family at Wells Storage Solutions! I've always considered Wells Storage as my home away from home. Every unit that I have rented is clean, dry, and well cared for. Once, I had forgotten to completely lock my unit and Julie called me to let me know. They always bend over backwards to help with any issues and I highly recommend this storage facility.

I stored a large amount of furniture at Wells Storage Solutions while building a new house. The woman I dealt with, Julie, was professional, knowledgeable and just absolutely wonderful. She was helpful as well. The space I rented was clean, well lit whenever I had to go in and all of my belonging were in excellent condition when I moved them out. I would HIGHLY recommend Wells Storage Solutions to you as well as JULIE, the young woman I worked with at Wells.
