Prime Storage

The facility itself is nice, though that one door should really get fixed. My stuff was there for more than a year and I don't think that door functioned after the first day. I also can say that it was very frustrating to have the price raised on my unit, when I could barely afford what I had already been paying. That being said, the people that work there are friendly when you go in, and incredibly helpful. I would say the staff is probably the only reason I give three stars.

Very courteous and professional. Quick to get the paperwork done and upfront about expectations. Great place for storage, if needed.

Quite a superlative family member is Sanford Storage Solutions. I have had 4 mouse traps in my environmentally controlled unit for about 6 months and the peanut butter on the bait has been refreshed several times. In other words there are no mice in the building and that is amazing. Can you believe that there is a roomy, neat, perfectly cleaned and equipped bathroom? That doesn't happen in many stores but it is in the environs of this storage building always available. I like the fact that there are several heavy duty wheeled carts. This is the best storage facility I have ever seen and worked for 35 years as a sales rep with many different storage facilities to store business samples. I only wish there was a sixth store. Any questions about my opinion?

I stored my belongings at Sanford Storage while transitioning from Maine to MA. It was a huge relief that I knew my belongings were safe and that I had 24 hour access to the unit. Use of the truck was a tremendous help as I moved the stuff from my former apartment to the storage unit and then was able to move from the unit with my personal vehicle and a friends van at my convenience to make the transition to MA on my own time. Holly & Cheryl were always very helpful.
