Prime Storage

Good for storage. Poor customer service. They don't remove enough snow in the winter to get into your unit without shoveling yourself. Astronomical late fees in addition to already too high rent.

Excellent facility! Always kept very clean, well lit & gated at night. Other review is ridiculous. Insurance form filled out upon rental stating "store at your own risk". Atlantic does all they can to maintain cleanliness and has a "pest team" on site 2-3 times a month to prevent mice. Never a problem with leaks, water or theft.. On site team adds comfort!

I would not suggest you store anything here. A family of mice destroyed many items stored in the unit. The company admitted fault since the traps they had installed were knowingly missing for most of the winter. There were not very apologetic and stated that they would try to better next year. I asked if they would pay to have our sofa cleaned but they refused. I would not use this company unless you want your belongings destroyed by rodents.

Rented a UHaul from them. Very friendly and helpful.
