Primo Motorcycles

I'm very pleased with the overall experience with Primo. I contacted Ben first via email, to which I received prompt (after business hours), courteous replies. I let him know when I was coming to the shop, and he had the machine I was interested in, up front, fully fueled, and freshly washed. He is a very personable, knowledgeable guy. He's very fun to talk to. After a quick test ride, I was sold. Back at the shop, there was no pressure whatsoever, we just worked out our deal and finished it with a handshake. No normal dealer BS. I also want to add that Primo keeps a good selection of used bikes, all of which appear to be tip top. Do your own research on pricing. Ben has low mileage, gently used bikes, and he sells them at fair prices. I didn't even try to haggle on my bike. When time arises for me to get another motorcycle, Primo will be my first stop!

I had a great experience here. Ben was able to meet me on a Sunday because that's the only time I could come. I rode up from VA with my buddy and he had the bike for me out front to test. We came to a deal on a fair price, and he also took my trade-in which made it a very clean transaction. Couldn't ask for a more straight forward experience when buying a vehicle. No BS fees on top of it, what you see is what it is out the door. Gotta love that in this day and age where everyone nickel and dime's you. Thanks man!!

As a college student with good credit but no major purchase history, it was hard for myself to acquire a loan. The owners Ben and Virginia were helpful along the whole way and both personally called the loan company to make sure I got a loan. When the day came to pick up my bike Ben even threw in an aftermarket exhaust for free! Great owners and a great shop. They make you feel welcome for sure

Ben got me on my first bike. I am so glad he advocated for the CB500F versus the 300 (he had both in the shop). I love the bike. It was a no hassle, no pressure purchase. Very professional, I came back a week later to get the bike after inspection/title and rode down 270. Ben kept his shop open until 8PM so I could get it on a Friday evening. The whole process was so easy. I definitively recommend the shop. Tons of good looking bikes and mine was retrofitted with a custom exhaust at no additional costs. Chris

Amazing and friendly owner and his wife. Both were very kind and made the process of trading in my motorcycle and getting a new one so easy. Ben is an awesome person and he will be honest with you at all times unlike some other dealerships or shops. He does not “push” for sales, he will help you find the right motorcycle just for you in your price range as well as comfortableness. Thank you so much for your help getting my motorcycle and also my brother’s. I cannot thank you enough for your honesty!
