Well... Took my VStar 1100 (first cruiser) over just to have tires replaced and Rick suggested the rear brakes be replaced as well, due to their condition and the fact they would have the rear tire off. I added an oil change because they had the time and was all set in just a few hours. 

After all said and done, the rear brakes can't be depressed and they won't release if I forcefully mash them down. I had zero issues with either brake system prior to the visit to RNR cycles. I figured I could let them know the issue to have a quick check and nail down the issue. However instead, I am expected to wait in line (not a huge deal) and/or make a deposit for an appointment? To then, pay for whatever work required to fix an issue that did not exist prior to working on my bike? 

I chose the shop because of the reviews here... So I figured I would do a solid to other riders and share my experience. I am sure this doesn't happen often, but I would expect things to be handled differently by a successful and seemingly knowledgeable business. 

Lastly, no one seemed to be worried about losing business from little ole' me. Very disappointed with my experience.

Rick and the team are always a pleasure to work with.  Dropped off my newest toy an 09' RM85 little 2 smoker for some tuning issues, without a doubt RnR is the only place I trust to work on my bikes because I know it will get done right.  With years of racing knowledge and the loyal customer base, this shop is the best in Northern VA.

Great shop, excellent customer service, quick turnaround.  These guys are number one in Sterling, had my bike dynoed, intake, wheels powder coated and spark plugs changed, Rick takes care of his customers and the guys are always up for answering any questions I had. Overall highly recommend them for all bike needs.

RNR cycles always does an incredible job on my bike. Every time I go there I learn something new about motorcycles. They are always very straightforward, kind, and caring. They slipped me in to their busy schedule when I was in a pickle and I can't thank them enough for that! They will never try to sell you anything you don't need. They are very honest, knowledgeable, hard working people, and you can't put a price on that these days.
